Welcome to the ICT Register ICT in Action Wiki.

Here you will find the research papers, case studies, scenarios, videos and pod casts of the various 'ICT in Action' development activities. The ICT Register Network works with DCSF, Becta and the Educational ICT Industry to develop good practice and ICT tools to enable the transformation of learning through the use of ICT.

New activities

This project aims to investigate how Brother Mprint mobile printers might aid student learning, teachers/ staff in their day to day school environment.

The project aims to provide teachers and students with a set of content and tools for the creation of resources for cross-curricular and theme-based work and to promote appropriate usage of LP's by encouraging content creation and self-population of LP's with relevant content.

An article on how Ashover Primary school is using a school radio station to increase pupil creativity, enthusiasm and parental engagement.

An article highlighting Spanish teaching and learning at St Austin's Primary School

A set of workshop cards are intended to help stimulate new ways of thinking around the design and use of learning spaces. They help to explore and revisit new and existing ideas and assumptions and also help to build a shared understanding of the best use of space for learning activities.

Scenarios
Scenarios are short accounts of activities in the classroom and are usually focussed on the use of specific software tools. Contributions may be from individual or groups of ICT Register Schools,Settings and City Learning Centres

Research Papers
These focus on specific areas of innovative research in ICT carried out in ICT Register Schools on behalf of partners.
