We have used I CAN ANIMATE in Year 6 - the children have found the software very easy to use and accessible to all. They have created animations based on stories such as 'the hare and the tortoise', 'noah's ark' and jack and the beanstalk.'
The children used stop frame and used playdough / inanimate objects / scenery to create their animations.
We are now at the stage of trying to add some narration - the children are trying to work out if this is possible.
To summarise, we will definitely be using the software again next year to make digital animations.
